In Situ Wines are committed to both community and environment. We practice sustainable farming and use environmentally-friendly technologies in wine production and waste treatment.

In 2006 the In Situ vineyard initiated the conversion to organic farming, obtaining Organic Certification in 2009. The dry mountain climate of the Aconcagua Valley, home to the grapes that create In Situ wines, is responsible for providing optimal conditions for growing organic grapes.

Organic practices have resulted in both balanced vineyards and excellent wines, leading the In Situ team to adopt organic techniques in the conventional vineyard as well, such as the use of cover crops between rows and biodegradable reed to tie back pruned canes.
